  • All items undergo strict quality control before dispatch.

  • Returns and refunds are strictly limited to cases of proven defect or damage during manufacturing or transit.

  • Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accommodate returns based on preference, change of mind, or sizing issues.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A request may be submitted only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly inconsistent with the order placed.

  • The client contacts BJALIN within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect/damage.

  • The item remains unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Requests that do not comply with these conditions will not be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is validated and approved, BJALIN will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

  • BJALIN reserves the right to reject or partially approve refund requests if evidence is insufficient or if the product fails to meet the stated conditions.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • In cases where a product is defective or damaged, BJALIN may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or defect (including size selection errors) are not permitted.

5. Shipping & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an acknowledged defect or error on our part.

  • BJALIN is not liable for any loss or damage occurring during return shipment; proper packaging and a traceable shipping service are required.
